I hope all's going well for you all. Life continues to be very quiet here which, I suppose under current circumstances, is a good thing!
I've been back in the office for just over a week now. It seemed odd at first going back after nearly four months working from home, but I have to admit it's been quite nice. There's routinely been half a dozen people in the office, all working well apart so that we're socially distanced, but we can still have a chat. I've been coming and going quite flexibly though, and worked from home again on Friday. I'm not enjoying having to buy petrol again, but hey ho! I can't complain when I've only spent £20 on it in the last four months!
I went over to see my parents last weekend, the first time since February. My parents don't 'do' computers and aren't online, so I haven't been doing the whole Zoom/Skype stuff with them, our communications has just been by phone so it was great to actually see them at last. The Isle of Wight seems to have got things fairly well under control, so hopefully, if things remain at a decent level here, I can go back to my previous pattern of seeing them once a month now.
The day before I went to see them, I went to the hairdressers and finally got my wild, neglected thatch under control. And what a relief that was !!! I think my hairdresser was as pleased to see me as I was pleased to see him, and he did his usual brilliant job!
BEFORE AFTER

This weekend has been less eventful than last weekend, and Mr D and I have spent most of it just chilling aound the garden with our feathered (and furry) friends. However, on Saturday morning, I did manage to continue my life's theme of finding new and more humiliating ways to hurt myself by falling off my bike ... while it was stationary!
Thankfully, when I say 'hurt', it's nothing more than a slightly bruised knee, but seriously? What sort of complete wazzock manages to fall off a bike that's not even moving.
So that's really all the news from Dizzoland for now.
And now, to thank you for reading all the way to the end of this post, here's some Jensen pretty. Don't say I don't look after you!!
